Drink LOTS of Water
This is clearly really important. If you are dehydrated your body is not optimal and it definitely will affect your supply. So make sure you are very hydrated at all times.
Get Plenty Of Rest
If your body is so completely exhausted that you can barely function, then your milk supply will suffer greatly. I know it can be hard to get all the rest you need with a new baby but really try. Get someone to help you if needed.
