  • Afterward, move your thumbs outward and repeat the above-mentioned steps 2 times.

This is dangerous during pregnancy because caffeine can also cross through the placenta to your child.

Caffeinated beverages can also make you want to pee all the time since it reduces your body fluid levels.

Caffeine is unsafe because it can cause dehydration if you have more than 200 milligrams a day.

Even while breastfeeding, you should limit yourself to only have a maximum of two cups of coffee a day. The most fantastic news is that you have plenty of decaffeinated drinks if you enjoy the taste and do not need the beverage to help with an all-nighter.
